I'm new to FS and have been recording food and exercise for about a week. I've never dieted but have gained weight slowly and gotten into some poor eating habits in the last 15 years. I'm into getting healthy by increasing exercise and eating better food. I want to take my time do it in a healthy way. It's my first time recording my food online. I've tried on paper but haven't gotten far. I like this better because I get to see what's happening. It's very illuminating.
