Another returner here, but that's just fine with me - it took me seven tries to finally quit smoking for good, so I figure I get at least that many tries to get healthy and stay healthy.

This time I'm on the Mediterranean Prescription Diet (http://www.mediterraneanrx.com/the-mediterranean-prescription/), and doing a Walk Slim dvd 2-mile walk every day. So far so good! Good luck to all of us!
