Hope my sharing the following will help those struggling to get their weight loss 'going'.......
I am an avid recreational cyclist of 13 years and the following realities hit home about 3 months ago........
Weight loss is about nutrition..not exercise.
My son lost 95lbs and never did any exercise. No sugar, no bread, no rice, no soda.
Do not wait to get hungry. Frequent meals, small amounts. Water....water..drink lots of it. Plan your meals in advance. Make sure you get adequate sleep. Also the whole household is on the same program, encouraging each other. Lastly....fat secret....be honest with your inputs and just analyze the trends....it will be your diet 'partner'. Dec 22 - Mar 24....I've lost 30lbs....by following the above guidelines. Hope this helps....
