I have a goal of 30 lbs to lose and am not very active at this time. Hope to get more active. Daily food intake is below goals, and I am not sure I want to increase the amount. Any thoughts on this? I am down .5% of my beginning weight from 2/23/13. I am motivated and looking forward to continuing on this path.

I started using the site at the beginning of January - found that I had to stay at about 60 to 65% of my RDI in order to lose weight; even so, it took several weeks for the loss to kick in so you have to be patient. I'm now losing an average of about 2 lbs/wk following this plan. I'm concerned if I increase my intake to RDI levels my weight loss will slow down or even stop.
