anybody get so tired that during the day it is so hard to stay with it? any suggestions? I am having a really tired day and am giving into some carbs that I should not be desiring.

Water / green tea / peanut butter / almonds - my go to when energy lags. Eat What you Love ~ Love What you Eat

Make that Almond butter or Hazelnut butter.... I run, and after about 5-6 miles into a 9-10 miler, I need SOMETHING and Gu has toooo much sugar in it. So I have been grabbing those small packets of "to go" almaond and hazelnut butter and they have been doing the trick. Premeausred so you are not getting too much; transportable to have in pouch, purse or in a pocket on the bike.
