who would help me on my course project? That was a long title so I will explain better.

I am training as contemporary psychotherapist and I decided that the topic of our final course project would be to make a model of how to reach and maintain my ideal weight in my over 50s age-stage. Making this public statement of how I am struggling with managing my rapport with food and being at a weight I feel healthy with moved me to join Fat Secret and this group.

It WORKS! I am doing better because I have taken the dialogue outside myself. I feel less stressed and get on with my other things without so much hammering on myself about food. I get to think and do about food in a more productive manner, like inserting the data in the public domain of food stuffs and getting a graph from the data I insert about my daily activities, etc.
So, I was wondering if there is a person who has reached their ideal weight and would feel comfortable about letting me interview you about your experience, somatically and thoughtwise? Question
