not alone. Most of us have lost weight before, and then struggled to maintain the change.
I think you have three choices here:
1 give yourself a week off, enjoy lots of rich food, and then feel sad that you've put weight back on, knowing it won't take too long to take it off again
2 stick to the plan, and hate every minute, and start to cheat
3 stick to the plan 5 days a week, and have two reasonable
non-diet days. Your weightloss will probably maintain and you'll get back on the programme when you get fed up of not making progress.
Whatever you decide, make it a plan and not a slipup
