I was impressed when Tesco's Venison sausages showed up on the food table. I saw that it had been posted by a member so, when an item I love and eat often did not show up I did my duty. I also tabled an item that I do not use often but I doctor it with healthy fresh ingredients to make it tastier. It is a bit difficult to deal with portions tabling when I eat more or less than what the established portions are. I had to rework my home style percentage maths to figure out that I ate more or less 27% of my package of bread, i.e. 2 slices! My penchant for detail is well satisfied with these little explorations and pooling it for others makes it all the more worth while.
