Just want to say hello. I have dieted or simply dealt with weight variations on my own for my whole life. I did ok but now, post 50 years old and it is really getting to be a challenge. My joints hurt, hips gets cranky in turns, clothes do not fit the way I want to and I cannot seem to shed the kilos the way I used to. I need to exercise more but in any case I do move about quite a bit. I have made this my project to get these kilos off once and for all and KEEP them off. I have to adapt to the calorie range suitable for this age and just get on with it.
I read some of the messages and I really felt in tune with what some people were saying.
I hope I will be of some help to someone else, as I know that I will find encouragement from some people in the group. Till later, me
