I'm 51 and struggling with my weight. I'm doing the no eating after eight cahllenge as well as the 30 minutes 3X a week challenge. Had a bad day today, not enough planning went into meals, that will be my downfall everytime. So tonmorrow I plan and eat on time, do a walk.

stayed the same weight this week, out to dinner twice w/ wine, I guess I'm lucky I didn't see a gain. Today I'm starting w/ a good breakfast, this usually makes a difference.

just joined. need to lose 40 pounds gained when i quit smoking and then can think about the rest of the weight, about another 5-10 to get where i should be. for now just thinking about the first 5. anyways, hi to everyone.
