Hate exercise! Trying hard tho,go to glow classes,they replaced
Rosemary Conley classes,leader great,but I luv chocolate! Lost 10lb since June but can't focus anymore!!

Try taking one day off a week from dieting, don't go crazy but ease up on the restrictions a little. Find a different way to exercise, get outside!

Struggling to eat 1000cal/day. Weight loss stalled. Decided to take the day off of restricting what I eat to see if that will help. I can't help that my stomach shrunk when on 500cal. Sad

don't beat yourself up, just add 200 cals for a few days, but make those extra calories with lots of steamed veg. No potato though.

I have been to the dietitian, and that's their advice to me!!

I read somewhere that for women the MINIMUM RDI should be 1200 and no lower, or else you risk major health problems in the long run.
