carb count
I lose weight if I keep my carbs around 30, but I can't exercise. Muscle fatigue hits after only a few minutes of moderate exertion.

Low calorie diet
Depending on how much you need to lose your loss will slow down at some point,i was losing 2 to 3 pounds a week for while but now that i'm closer to goal i'm lucky to lose a pound a week.
