carb count
Since Jan 17th I'm down 23.2 lbs and during that same period my carb count has averaged 417g per day. Six more pounds and I will no longer be "overweight." :)

Anyone know anything good or bad about this Garcinia Cambogia supplement? If it works? What are the side affects?

I'm not sure how, lol! I knew at one time, because I do have another friend, but I don't remember. I'm not getting any younger, you know!
