I can't believe this.
all these suggestions are really good. Have you tried on clothing which was formerly snug, to see if you lost inches? Muscle weighs more than fat, which might be why the scales aren't giving you ...

Hunger hasn't gone away
Could you need your low carbs to be more fiberous? Foods with high fiber are more filling.
