I have had a set back. I fell over before Christmas, fractured my hip bilaterally above the hip replacement. Not badly, but its been agony!! I haven't been walking much. Just 1\2 hour every other ...

Low calorie diet
Depending on how much you need to lose your loss will slow down at some point,i was losing 2 to 3 pounds a week for while but now that i'm closer to goal i'm lucky to lose a pound a week.
