Hi to all! I am 45 years old - lost about 30 pounds last year due to work and life stress, and plan to keep it off. Sadly, about 7 pounds have snuck back.
Also, I am getting married in October, and the size 8, body draping dress is in the closet - I want no bumps or lumps!
I eat fairly well during the week - it's weekend beer, pizza and burgers that kill me.
Just getting back to regualr workouts of yoga and cardio.
I am open to advice and moral support ...
