I, too, have 4 pounds to go to achieve my goal weight. I really get how difficult it is! I have recently changed my work-out routine and have tried to be even more diligent on journaling and slowly the ounces have been coming off. But it's REALLY slow! Just don't get discouraged. Everyday is a new day to focus on those last stubborn pounds.

I too have 4 pounds to lose. I just started 3 weeks ago and have lost 4 pounds already. I do take too many little bites here and there, especially when I cook for my family. But I do workout regularly.

I have 5 pounds to lose. It took me a month to lose 1lb! At this rate, I am 5 months away from goal. Good grief!
