Help Please,

I am completely stuck with 10lbs to go, I have lost over a stone quite easily but can't seem to lose any more. I exercise regularly, am careful about what I eat but can't shift it. Any ideas please.

Hey SG,

Don't get discouraged. Your body is adjusting to it's new lower weight and it may take a bit of time to get "unstuck". I have five pounds to lose and just to give you an example, it took over a month to lose 1 lbs.

Keep in mind that at this time you need to pay attention to how your clothes are fitting and how you are feeling. I take great relief when my pants are bagging a little around my hips. That's a good sign and it's better than what the scale can do for me.

Hi,
Change your routine. When you mix-up your workout , you confuse your muscles. When you do this, it gets easier to extend your workout or add more weight or repetition. Try to exercise on an empty stomach and then remember to eat healthy food (protein, good carbs, vegies or fruit) within 45 minutes of your workout.

Hi,
I finally got some success digging into the last 10 from calorie counting. I know, how medieval. Its working though -- when I'm being anal about it. I lost 5 of the 10 with calorie counting and then got bored with writing it down -- so I've floated around with 5 more to go for a few weeks now. I may be motivated enough to attack the last 5 now -- thanks to reading a lot of the posts in this group.
