I don't know about you guys, but one of the problems I've encountered is that 10 pounds doesn't necessarily mean that you can't wear the same clothes or that you're noticeably heavier than you once were, so it's hard sometimes to stay motivated to lose the last 10 pounds or last 5 if you're having some success. I've been trying to think about how good I felt when I was 10 pounds lighter, how much easier or better on my joints it will be to run distances when I'm lighter, how bathing suits didn't leave me in a state of anxiety, whatever. If anyone has any tips on how they stay motivated, I would love to hear them. Good luck!

It's when I'm in my underwear I can see the difference... the wobble over the top of the pant line. It disappears as I loose the last 10, 5 even!

I introducd this little reward system for myself. I find a piece of clothing that I like at my favorite store - like a new top for example. Then I tell myself that I will replace something old with that new one when I lose that 5 lbs... not 10 but just half of my ultimate goal. It helps me to stop myself from going for second helping or snacking on cheese at 8PM Wink

That's a good one. I've been thinking about the reward after 10 pounds, but I like the idea of a halfway point -- and also getting rid of something that you don't like as much!
