Group Forum: new to group

Hi - I'm wanting to join a group that I can express my successes and my struggles. Lately it's been more struggles - sneaking eating when family is away or asleep, gorging on food when I'm no longer hungry but doing it anyway. Highly stressed rignt now in my life. Wanting to do something about my eating habits, but don't really see the light right now. Frustrated beyond all belief yesterday - tried on 3 pairs of pants and none fit. Called myself names. Which I know that is not productive, but it expressed how I currently feel about myself -- and it is not positive, nor something I could share in polite company. I have got to get through this slump! I'm struggling and fighting against myself -- exercising like a mad woman (3 separate workouts during the week - each day -- my body allowed me 3 days of it before it was like WTH????!!??)

There is nothing worse than not fitting in your clothes. Yet, there is nothing better than fitting in your clothes. Why or why is that such a deal breaker/maker?

Stop hiding in the dark, use your peer pressure to force yourself to change. Eat ONLY in front of others, make yourself wear things that hide nothing, get out of your comfort zone!!!

Thanks for your response. Fortunately(?) I have a cold now and the only thing I'm really interested in eating is cough drops, halls defense drops, oatmeal and soup. Some fruit. Forcing myself to drink water (cause I need to). Not really interested in eating alot. lol
