40's with 50-100 lbs to Lose

Hi,

I will be 41 on Feb 1, 2013 and have gained over 45lbs in the last 2 years. This wait gain was induced by 2 miscarriages. I also suffer from chronic and severe migraines which makes it difficult for me to remain on a proper eating and work out schedule. I saw FatSecret and thought it would be a great tool to help me.

I am a former healthcare professional until my back injury and I too suffer from migraines so I certainly understand. Keep your chin up and set achievable goals and it really does help to have others to talk to. I have more to lose than you I am 88 pounds over where I should be and have battled with it all my life.
