) i did what you are doing,over the past two years,got really into it past year,and the scales have shown losing over 30kg so far,you feel so good not eating takeouts,and junkfood..is hard to begin with but people get used to your new healthy ideas,and in the end you become a rolemodel for others to change thier lives too.so good luck keep it up,my advice is make small changes slowly,do be too hard on yourself,and treat yourself once in a while to something you love,its what you do most of the time that matters,not the odd treat.
