Hi,

I am doing pretty good. I have made some small changes in my eating such eating bread and i journal everything I eat. I am a very picky eater they call it SED (severe eating disorder). I am a person that cant stand certain textures as yogurt, mayonnaise, salad dressing I cant eat. Some vegetables are a no good. Most of the things people eat I pretty much stay away from but I found some very simple recipes on the site that I adapt a little to cook them. I would love some breakfast ideas that dont include yogurt, oatmeal, soy milk, peppers, onions, cheese and I could go on. Seafood is out. Basically chicken I can do. Salads out. Te recipe for chicken and mushroom gravy is good but no mushrooms for me. I dont like diary products together such as eggs and cheese, grits and cheese so its very hard but I am going to do it.

Gah, you and my boyfriend have very similar tastes! I made beans for his dinner the other night and he seemed to enjoy them alot. Just beans, just ham in the slow cooker. Chicken noodle soup, sub with shirataki noodles. These are noodles that have no taste, only 20 calories, and lots of fiber. Kind of a miracle noodle. If yogurt was "hidden" in the food, such as a yogurt based pancake would that bug ya?
Tofu is easy to hide too...and you can make it have virtually any texture you require. What sorts of veggies do you like? I could be way more useful that way Smile I am very excited to see your progress!
