Gah, you and my boyfriend have very similar tastes! I made beans for his dinner the other night and he seemed to enjoy them alot. Just beans, just ham in the slow cooker. Chicken noodle soup, sub with shirataki noodles. These are noodles that have no taste, only 20 calories, and lots of fiber. Kind of a miracle noodle. If yogurt was "hidden" in the food, such as a yogurt based pancake would that bug ya?
Tofu is easy to hide too...and you can make it have virtually any texture you require. What sorts of veggies do you like? I could be way more useful that way
