After working so hard, losing 86 pounds & being the healthiest I've ever been in my life... my life is taking another much different turn. At 42 years old, I am having my first baby! So exercise is at a stand still right now. Not allowed to do much of anything, except for light walking until I get past the first trimester. Have to increase my calories & get used to the fact that I have to gain some weight again, which I've already started doing (Thanks to the holidays!). The cravings are ridiculous! Every 2 minutes I want something different & usually not very good for me, lol. But I'm trying to stick to my healthy eating plan, just more of it.
Anyone else over 40 & pregnant?
