Hi to everyone in the group, just joined and looking forward to a Summer of getting back on track.
I lost about 3 stone in weight last Summer training for some half marathons for charity. First time Ive ever ran and distance ! I completed them all and then went into a Winter of no running and eating. I have now gained all my weight back, so Im here to start again and push to get fit again. It would be good to buddy up with anyone in a similar situation.
