Just joined lat week, and started The Atkins program on 2-18-13. I'm over 42, mother of 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren + 1 on the way. I have found it rather difficult to loose weight. Tried going to a gym and working with a personal trainer. Lost 3 lbs the first week but gained back 2 the next week, by reducing calories, fat, sugars & eating only whole grains, and working out 6 days a week. But even afer 3 months,it seemed no matter what I changed, I still couldn't loose weight. So I gave up and figured I just had to accept it.
This time is different. NO MORE GIVING UP!!!
