Hello!? I just joined FS last week and have been figuring out all of the great tools! I like the support I have seen on these posts. I joined because I've been doing too much talking about getting healthier and not enough doing!! Trying to get some accountability and support at the same time. I am putting myself out there in hopes of getting some source of "hey, did you do your stuff today? Did you check in!? Did you weigh in?! Did you eat healthy and make good choices!!"
because I don't always have the motivation to stay on track. Basically, after four kids and a sit down job I am finding myself tired, out of shape, and overweight. I am 41 years old and weigh 215 lbs. My ultimate goal weight is 140-150 lbs. I am breaking that into smaller goals, though, of 25 lb. increments. So, my first goal is to lose 25 lbs. by the end of May 2013. That gives me twelve weeks and a healthy weight loss of 2 lbs a week. Wish me luck and feel free to hold me accountable
