I am just so happy I have FINALLY made the choice to lose 40 lbs. I have started 2 weeks ago and have lost 9 lbs of that yucky extra on my body. Here i go, a bikini again before I am 50....It's a tough journal. I CAN DO IT..

Congratulations, that is a great accomplishment!

It seems as though Fatsecret shows that you lost 9 pounds in one day. Not a big deal, because I saw your post.

Great job. Keep it up

I will be 48 in May and need to lose 45 lbs. Any Suggestions? Got a bad foot so exercise is minimal.

Jenafire - I am sure that each person will advise you to use the plan that they are on, and there is nothing wrong with that. You really have to find the plan that works for you. Research them all and find one that you can make a way of life. I like Low Carb; it has always worked for me and many people are successful. I would suggest you check it out, but that is because I am successful with it. Good luck on whatever you choose.
