Jenafire - I am sure that each person will advise you to use the plan that they are on, and there is nothing wrong with that. You really have to find the plan that works for you. Research them all and find one that you can make a way of life. I like Low Carb; it has always worked for me and many people are successful. I would suggest you check it out, but that is because I am successful with it. Good luck on whatever you choose.
