I have 38.4 pounds yet to loose. I hope to loose 2 lbs a week. Following W.W. diet plan. So far I have lost 10 lbs. I have been super strick but I don't know how a person can follow this so strickly and live a normal eating life. Especially when asked to go out to eat or a party comes along. If I don't stick with the plan exactly I can see the wt. on the scale go up.
