Hi.
I used FS a couple of years ago and it did keep me on track and I dropped a few.
I restarted on Wed. and found that being sick and eating differently, even if it was my Day 2, made me feel guilty because I knew I had to enter it!
Being diligent about entering your foods really makes a difference. If you don't want to write it and see it in print...you don't eat it!
