Just logging again after a year's absence. I've decided I can't do this without a support system, so I'm hoping you all are willing to be one!

I'm 42 years old and the heaviest I've ever been. I'm tired all the time, my clothes don't fit, and I'm just all-around disgusted with my health/diet. I started doing WW and was happy with the results. I also started doing zumba and loved it. Then life kind of got in the way and I stopped all of it.

Hoping today is the start of new happier and healthier me!

Same here Gina. Back again, hoping to be motivated this time! I'm starting WW again at the end of the month too! Here's to a productive summer! We can do it!

Hey Gina,
I know exactly how u feel. I am at my heaviest too after my thyroidectomy 3 years ago and the sad part is there is nothing that I read that uplifts me in the sense that every single topic about not having thyroids says I am going to gain the weight regardless but hey I am not giving up and I decided monday to come back on here and start again at least I have support here and we all need it.
Good luck to u guys

Tina, I do feel for you as my mom has had all kinds of thyroid/weight issues. She has urged me to get mine tested so I know for sure. But I want to try a more natural approach before they start making me take pills. Welcome back and together we can all acheive our goals!
