Group Forum: Do you eat all your RDI every day?

Hi all,

I just started on this adventure in losing weight 4 days ago. I am finding that I am only eating around 70-75% of my RDI.

I am weighing and tracking everything I am eating and drinking.

Is anyone else finding that as well?

I am consuming closer to 100%. Not really on diet per se, but just trying to eat and live better. Cutting out the red meat, the cheese, and especially the beer except for Saturdays Smile Are you trying to lose weight mostly through staying under your RDI? My biggest thing is trying to avoid stuff that is not good for me and trying to do cardio for min 1and1/2 hours a day 6 days a week.

Hi Orange Dog,

I'm trying to lose weight so starting exercise will be easier for me; I have lots of old injuries.

I am definitely taking better care of myself on this new diet---lots of health food ingredients. Really enjoying the food more than regular food.

Hi 200goal, I find it difficult to eat my RDI as well. I believe it's because I'm more conscious of what I eat or not eat.
