My goal is to lose weight over the Holiday this year. At least NOT gain any. I don't want my "New Years resolution " to be the same old..... Lose weight. Not just any weight, the weight I just lost a few months ago. I really want to stay focused so this doesn't happen yet again. The challenge starts this Friday and it only lasts 3 weeks.
