Mine has been so so. It's hard with hubby not here this week with me Sad I have to get back to recording everything I eat starting tomorrow. I haven't recorded the last few days and I don't want to overdo it.

My daughter goes in for a D&C tonight, she lost her baby Sad It's been a hard couple weeks for us around here but were holding on. Hubby is gone out of state until Sat so I have to be strong without him here. Can't wait until he gets home!

Hello, I'm new to posting on here and stopping in. Sorry to hear about your family's lost. And hope your daughter's procedure went well.

As far as tracking food, I found it really tough to postin my food journal consistently at first. I have been posting consistently this week and shocked myself to see the total amount of snack calories for Monday and Tuesday. I did much better today half the amount I've been eating. So stunned to see, it did not seem like I was eating that much!!! Oh well, now I know, good to be on FS.

Kildayan, sorry about your loss. And, hope that recording easier for you with your husband back in town. I love how you have your goals in 10 pound increments, and COMPLETED when you meet them. Good Luck!

Taebogurl, welcome to the group. I too find it difficult to keep track of my intake, but I do think so very important.

Renee, sometimes we all find it hard to record our food and to write in our journals. Some of us just fall off the wagon and can't bare to post what we have done. I find if I don't post or write in my journal, I feel like something is missing. Once you get into a habit of it, it will be much easier. I also have found that I get on the site and if I see no one else has journaled or posted in the group, I think "No one will miss me". Well guess what? I miss me and I am doing this for me and no one else. That is what I am doing today, remembering that I am doing this for me and I have to follow through with all of this posting because it does help me and others. Good luck and if you need anything, we are all here for you!

The hardest part for me about keeping my food journal up to date is when you eat things that you have no choice but "wild guess" for the nutrition. That has been most meals down here in Atlanta this week. I've tried to make as many of them healthy. I suppose I could go to the store and get ingredients and pack a lunch to class, but with everything else going on I just don't feel up to doing that.

I've tried to offset my worse-than-average eating this week with more exercise. Hopefully the overall effect for the week will not be too bad. I'm not expecting a loss though.
