I can see that we have all been trying to make healthier life choices. During your struggles, snack on as many veggies as you can. If you need to add dip, dip them in low-fat ranch dressing, but keep eating healthier foods. I feel fabulous on South Beach diet. I haven't had to take a nap in a week, and used to nap every single day. I am not going to get frustrated and I want all of you to keep on truckin' as well. Good luck!
