Well I got up this afternoon and weighed and I am very pleased with what I saw I am down 2.2 lbs that is a total loss of over 5 lbs since I started my program whoo hoo. This loss has energized me. My goals for this week are to stay on track diet wise, get my water in each day, excersise a little everyday and stay off the scale till next week. Hope everyone has a good day today and a great week this week.

Going to post my weekly weigh-in from this morning! I am down 2.6 lbs from last Monday!!! Yippee!!! Hope everyone has a great week and let's all keep up the good work!!!

Well I am a day late posting my weigh in results, I was a little dissapointed due to a 1 lb gain, I know that could be water retention, or time of day or many other things, but I was so proud of how I had done this week to show no results. Oh well this is a new week and I am not quitting I have to do this, I am going to make sure I get my water in each day, I had about 3 days that I was really lacking in the water department and I think that made an impact on my weigh in this week. Been pouring down rain all day today so I haven't gotten any excersise in yet today, but am working in the office tonight so when I take my break I will do laps around the office for 10 min or more if I can to get my excersise in. My knee has been really giving me fits today with all this rain. Hope everyone is doing well will try to check in later tonight at work till then TTFN

Congratulations on the loss last weigh in, and the attitude this one. I know how you feel about the small gain. I've had weeks where I stayed 100% to my diet and got a lot of exercise and gained slightly. Don't be surprised to see the work from that week pay off next weigh in!

Well time to post my weekly weigh in and I am happy to report that I am down 3.4 lbs whoo hoo. I am tickeled to death with that loss and went out and bought a new candle to celebrate. That brings my total to 7.4lbs lost since I have started the end of Feb so I feel like that is pretty good. Hope everyone is having a good week and staying on track. Have a great day today

Well I am a day late posting my weigh in I got called into work early last night and really didnt have time to post just barely had time to eat and shower before going into work, anyways I am down another 1.6lbs this week, I am pleased with that but a little disappointed I was hoping to reach the 10lb loss this week, oh well I only have 0.8lbs to go to reach the 10lb goal so I should reach that this week, hopefully over that. Hope you all have a great week and will try to catch up later.

Not my weekly weigh in day, but was at the cardiologist today and they weighed me at 10.5lbs less than my visit in March! Yippee!!!

The Dr. part of the visit went well, in fact better than expected. He has directed me to cut caffeine intake by half and I had to schedule a stress test which I did today. I had no issues performing on the treadmill to get to the desired heartrate and O2 levels stayed in the desired range. It could be next week though before I here results UNLESS they find an issue. *crossing fingers*

I got my stress test results back today, negative for any signs of blockages. I was thrilled to see it in the mail; I was told that if I got a call it would be because of an issue. So I'm in a pretty good mood at the moment... off to the gym!!!
