Kim, don't let this disappoint you. We are always going to have days where we are up and days when we are down. That doesn't mean you didn't do what you were supposed to, it means that your body has changed in some way. Allow yourself to move on and you will see what the scale says in a few days. Remember, You may have control over what is going into your body but you body has control over what it does with it.
