Good morning everyone, what a great day today is. Yesterday I did great staying under my calorie allotment hope to do as good today. I will be weighing in later today when I get up....work nightshift so off to bed soon. Hopefully will see some more progress, will let you know. Everyday is a new day to start fresh, have a good day today and stay strong.

Kim, Good for you for having positive thoughts and positive attitude!! Sometimes that is all we need. Everyday is a new day! Good luck with the scale!!

OK so I weighed this after noon and I am a little disappointed, I gained 1.8 lbs but I have stayed on track so not going to let that discourage me, will weigh again on Tuesday morning when I get off work hopefully will be a loss again.

Kim, don't let this disappoint you. We are always going to have days where we are up and days when we are down. That doesn't mean you didn't do what you were supposed to, it means that your body has changed in some way. Allow yourself to move on and you will see what the scale says in a few days. Remember, You may have control over what is going into your body but you body has control over what it does with it.

Thanks Tina for the encouragement, it means a lot to me. Yes I was disappointed but not discouraged, one day at a time and staying on track is the important thing. Thanks again

Keep it up Kim, like Tina said we will all have our up days and our down days. You are still following your program and that's the main thing. Don't let this hold you back!!!

My one recommendation is to pick a time of day that works for you and only weigh in then. I stick with first thing in the morning since that is going to be my lowest weight. Definitely don't get discouraged about being a little heavier in the afternoon than in the morning.
