We bought some cheese pretzels for snacking on this last week thinking it was a better choice then most snacks. I did well at choosing a "serving size" unlike the last diets I followed, but one thing that I noticed is that I was more hungry after eating them. I especially noticed it this time for some reason. I was craving all sorts of things at work last week. This week, I didn't even think of our little cupboard store at work

And the only thing I left out of my diet were the pretzels. Not hungry at all like last week. Does anyone else notice that when it comes to snacks?
