Howdy.

I am new to this site and to this group. I want lose 115.5kg/254.6pounds to lose.

I started on 12/01/2013 at 235.5kg/519.1pounds and after a month I am 226.4kg/499.1pounds so not bad for 4 weeks.

If I can get close to these results each month I will be very happy.
Start weight 20/04/2013 = 240kg Goal weight 120kg (total loss 120kg)

It won't happen over night, but if you don't give up it WILL happen.

Hi Kildayan.
Yes I have been filling out the diet and excise logs. Right now I am having Rapid Loss meal replacement shakes 1-2 times a day, trying to eat heaps of protein, watching the fat and calories. Not actually following and particular diet just eating everything healthy Smile

Way to go, Paronical! You already have the first few steps out of the way. Deciding you need to do it, actually starting, sticking with it for the first several weeks, joining this group for support Smile are all great steps.

Kildayan (my wife) and I are presumably on the "Choose to Lose" diet, but I've had to make some adjustments. Like cutting the protein shakes out for now (right kidney does NOT like them.) Also, I've had to adjust a bit to match what I feel I can live with for the long term.

Still a work in progress, but in the end my "diet" is mostly watching overall calories and eating balanced and healthy foods. We also have an official "cheat day" each week like the Choose to Lose diet. That has helped a lot.
