If you do some research on Atkins, you will see that you start out in the Induction Stage taking in 20 carbs a day. As you progress through the stages, you add carbs. I don't believe not taking in any carbs is a healthy way to go about dieting. Your body still needs them. I have lost 60 pounds on the Atkins diet and swear by it! I would still like to lose another 20 -25 pounds, I just need to be more motivated on the exercise! Seriously, I think I need a drill sergeant!
