Help! I was just told that I can't have carbs and I have no idea how to diet or plan a menu that provides the rest of what my body needs. I have been looking at labels and eating miscellaneous foods with little to no carbs, but no "meals" or daily menu.

If you do some research on Atkins, you will see that you start out in the Induction Stage taking in 20 carbs a day. As you progress through the stages, you add carbs. I don't believe not taking in any carbs is a healthy way to go about dieting. Your body still needs them. I have lost 60 pounds on the Atkins diet and swear by it! I would still like to lose another 20 -25 pounds, I just need to be more motivated on the exercise! Seriously, I think I need a drill sergeant!Wink

Oh! And eat lots of vegetables (with butter is ok) and lean meats (no fat on the pork chops and steaks) Smile Soy flour makes great waffles, only 2 carbs per waffle, butter (no carbs) and Walden Farms makes excellent syrup in different flavors (no calories, no carbs). Check out their website: http://www.waldenfarms.com
