Hey, kmarjama! I'm fairly new to this site too, and brand new to this group. Congrats on a 12 lb. loss! That's huge!! I've got 6.5 lbs. to go, but it's going rather slowly. I run 5 miles about 5 days a week, and I am on a low-carb diet. I like it because it really keeps the hunger at bay. Even further, it makes going low-calorie a lot easier. (I sometimes have a hard time getting my calories past 1100.) I don't know what diet you're on, but you may want to look into low carb if you haven't already... Hope that was helpful!
