I have lost 24 lbs in 5 weeks. I followed the 6 week transformation plan in the manual. Basically its drinking smoothies with healthy greens, fruit, and power boosters all mixed together.

Is there any suggestions for me to follow that plan because I am allergic to fresh fruit fresh vegetables.

Hi Queenofcoach. That is tough. My mother-in-law is allergic all sorts of stuff as well and so she eats a fairly high protein diet with lots of meats, eggs, whole grains with higher protein contents (e.g. quinoa, kasha... she started eating those before they became trendy!) and nuts. Even though these have higher calories per weight unit compared to fruits and veg, they keep her full for a lot longer so she eats less. Essentially, she is on an Atkinesque diet. Hope this helps.

Yes I appreciate the information It is really sad for me because I'm allergic to nuts too. But I will try this is much as I can And let you know what's going on ,And how it is working for me .thank you so much Pinelakechic
