Hi everyone. I am new to the group and to this website. I have been using it for a couple of weeks. I am a former weight watcher. That system worked for me, but because of a job change and some medical issues I got away from it. I am happy to say that my husband has joined me in the weight loss journey. I have never had a gym membership, but joined one 10 days ago. I was lucky to find a trainer that has someone in his family with the same type of challenges I have because of a back surgery. We are going 3-4 days a week and I am feeling good. I am down 5 pounds and actually enjoying my workout time as "me" time. To the guys out there I have a question : what are some high protien low fat/cal snacks you enjoy? I am trying to help my husband find some new things to try.
You can not measure happiness by how successful you are. But you can measure your success by the happiness you feel every day.
