on a challenge to lose 22lb ....starting out by eating food that boost my metabolism and food that burn fats. Food that boost your metabolism are - cold water/black coffee in the morning ,prunes, bananas,grapefruit , apples, beans, jalapenos, curry, broccoli, cinnamon, spinach, yogurt, breakfast, whey protein, lean meats like fish and chicken

food that help burn fats are - oats, peppers, green tea, poultry,caffeine,fish, lean meat, spicy food, green tea,berries, apple, grapefruit,egg whites, garlic and onions, beans and legumes,
