I've lost 20 pounds in 5 weeks. Fat secret calculated my daily goal to be 2600 kcal, but I felt not too hungry with about 2000 kcal so tried to stick with it.
And having 1 hour daily bicycle commute helped as well.

Main thing - you are getting used to smaller food sizes, so I hope it'll be easy not to gain the weight back (at least not till cold winter time Smile )
