Welcome!!! I think this is a great place for you regardless of weight. You have some goals and a medical issue....great place to get ideas!! Plus with 4 kids I am sure some tips on fast healthy meals ...

Plateau in Weight Loss and Zaggora
Good for you betty. I've been dieting since the new year but have plateaus at 11st 5lbs. I started at 12st and want to get down to 10st. 20lb to go.
