Anyone have suggestions on really good cook books for healthy eating
Hi, would like to buy a book that focuses on really healthy balanced diet recipes, something healthy not fad diets. Any ideas?

burpees
Did 400 in 62 minutes. Tomorrow gonna do 500 hopefully in an hour. I find burpees are the best full body exercise. If you keep up with them you will shed pounds fast.

too many carbs today
I ate an ice cream shake that my nephew didn't want.oops!!!! so tomorrow instead of 400 burpees I need to do an extra 100 but that's the price to pay for indulging. I'll just have to keep my ...

burpees
5:40 am did 300 burpees in 46 minutes,7 minutes less than yesterday. Gonna try 4 400 tomorrow.
