I am sticking to 1200 calories a day, mostly protein and healthy carbs, about 10 gm fats, and burning at least 2000 more calories than I take in. Losing a pound a day all five days I have been doing this. Lots of exercise though!

That is amazing! Is that 2000 more calories per DAY? How much exercise must that take? I keep my food intake to about 1200 as well, and have been down around 1,000 calories a day. My exercise is circuit training or cardio (elliptical) for 45-50 minutes - plus around 20 minutes of bike riding or walking per day.
Also, what kinds of things are you eating to keep your fat grams that low? I'm doing mostly protein and clena carbs as well, but it's tough to keep the fat grams that low.
Any help you could give me would be appreciated - I'm getting married in 2 months and desperately want to drop this last 10 pounds! Smile

All I eat is protein and complex carbs (not starchy). If I get a craving, I like Laughing Cow LIGHT Swiss to satisfy my desire for cheese. Or just fat free cream cheese. Not eating cheese has been harder than not eating bread! I do have one piece of whole grain bread every day. I love carbs and cheese and thats my problem. I am also going to bed early, since I mainly get hungry at night. I know I don't have to live like this forever, I just need to lose some weight and get back to regular me. I am going to get my blood work done in a couple of months and also have hormones checked. That could be an issue. I am swimming and walking and mowing my yard even if it doesnt need it and whatever lol! I want to look better when fall semester starts!
