That is amazing! Is that 2000 more calories per DAY? How much exercise must that take? I keep my food intake to about 1200 as well, and have been down around 1,000 calories a day. My exercise is circuit training or cardio (elliptical) for 45-50 minutes - plus around 20 minutes of bike riding or walking per day.
Also, what kinds of things are you eating to keep your fat grams that low? I'm doing mostly protein and clena carbs as well, but it's tough to keep the fat grams that low.
Any help you could give me would be appreciated - I'm getting married in 2 months and desperately want to drop this last 10 pounds!
