Today, I'm getting my first nephew. It's been a nutso day. I'm still at work trying to wrap up immediate needs before I zip off to the hospital. As easy as my shakes are, my brain evaporated and I left the house without them. I can pack one for dinner but breakfast and lunch were a wash on truly healthy food. (I asked for tomato and green pepper on my grilled cheese to make me feel better.
How do you guys deal with eating properly on days that take you off guard?
